Terms of Use
1. General
- These terms govern the use of the Asido app (the App). The App is provided by MB Šilaika, company code 306016199, registered address Krakiškių g. 15-1, Vilnius, Lithuania, e-mail support@asido.app (the Provider).
- By registering or using the App you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
- These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Civil Code, the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Information Society Services.
2. Account
- The App is for persons aged 18 or over who are self-employed under a certificate (individuali veikla) or a business certificate (verslo liudijimas), or plan to be.
- You provide accurate details when registering and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for actions taken in your account.
- Notify the Provider without delay of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. The service
- The App is a tool for self-employed people to track finances, taxes, visits, documents and goals. You can upload reports and screenshots and get insights from an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant.
- The App is not an accounting system and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Tax reserve, VAT threshold and other calculations are indicative. For obligations to the state, consult an accountant or the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI).
- The Provider aims to keep the App running without interruption but does not guarantee it will be free of errors or outages.
4. AI assistant
- AI answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check them before making decisions.
- To answer a request, only the necessary information is sent to the AI service provider: your question and aggregated figures. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Uploaded reports and third-party data
- The App does not connect to booking, payment or other systems by itself. When you upload reports, calendar exports, bank statements or screenshots, you confirm that you are entitled to use that data.
- The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by the platforms whose reports you upload. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Your clients' personal data
- When you store your clients' data in the App (such as names and visit history), you are the controller of that data and the Provider is the processor under Article 28 GDPR.
- The Provider processes this data only on your instructions given through the App, ensures confidentiality and appropriate security, uses only the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, helps you handle data subject requests and deletes the data when the service ends. This section constitutes a data processing agreement.
- We recommend storing only what is needed, such as a first name and the initial of the surname.
7. Plans and payments
The App has a free plan and a paid (Pro) plan. The paid plan is governed by the Subscription Terms.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, copy or resell its content, upload malicious code, or upload third-party data without a legal basis.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its design, the Asido trademark and content belong to the Provider. Data you enter belongs to you.
10. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the App's calculations or AI answers, or for indirect losses.
- These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the service
- You can delete your account and all data at any time in the App settings. Deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription automatically: cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings.
- The Provider may suspend or close an account after serious or repeated breaches of these terms, after notifying you by e-mail.
12. Disputes
We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation – write to support@asido.app. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt). Unresolved disputes are settled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
13. Changes
We will notify you of material changes in the App or by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the App means you accept the changes.
