Subscription Terms
1. Plans
The Free plan includes the core features and a limited number of AI requests per month. Pro costs €7.99 per month or €69.99 per year (VAT included where applicable). The final price is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase.
2. Free trial
New users can try Pro free for 7 days. If you do not cancel during the trial, it becomes a paid subscription automatically. Any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
3. Payment and auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The next period is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling, Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. By buying Pro you agree that the service starts immediately. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their rules; you can also contact us at support@asido.app.
5. Price changes
We will notify you in advance of any price increase. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Subscription and account deletion
Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription automatically. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
