Delete your account

How to delete your Asido account and all the data linked to it. Asido · MB Šilaika

In the app

  1. Open Asido and go to Menu → Settings.
  2. Under Data, tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away, and from backups within 60 days.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@asido.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Account data: name, email, sign-in details.
  • Visits, expenses, price list, goals, payments, invoices and the journal.
  • Uploaded documents, receipt photos and medical record book files.
  • Consents and access logs.

What is kept

  • Apple or Google keep subscription payment records under their own rules. Cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play settings – deleting the account does not cancel it.
  • Accounting records of payments we received are kept for 10 years, as Lithuanian accounting law requires.
